Nissequogue

Tidal river on the North Shore of Long Island, New York. At low tide it is almost impossible to paddle through so don't even bother. Mid to high tide is your best bet whether it's coming in or going out (just plan accordingly). Great fishing to be had in this river; mainly fluke and stripers.
