Take exit 17 on I-70.  Turn north onto Kimberly road. Kimberly road will T with Clear Creek Road.  Turn left/west onto clear creek road and follow it for 3.4 miles to where a road turns off to the southwest following the Fish Creek drainage.  Put in at a small dirt parking lot next to the Fish Creek turn off.
