Get to the putin by taking Mexico 16 west from Ojinaga for about 30 to 40 Km.  Turn south onto a dirt road and follow it for a few Kilometers to the very small village of El Alamo (small like there are 3 or 4 casas here).  There is a small bridge that crosses Rio Conchos.  You can put in here.
