Lots of sediment was cleared from the river bed with the high waters, its elf level and a scrape in the more flate sections but the race section still goes fine and the festivities are prime!

I'm not sure. I know the race is still going on but I'm assuming they will have to move it to a different section. I changed my plans and am heading to Leavenworth.

T-minus ~2weeks...Ms Robe seems in good shape, albeit about a half grade stouter. If you haven't gotten in there yet I'd recommend some training laps to familiarize yourself with the changes...this week flows and weather look to be optimal.

Hi Liz,
We'd be happy to help your parents. But please let them know that our club is mostly focused on whitewater kayaking, so the boats in our pool look a little different. Regardless of that though the basic skills that we work on in the pool translate to sea kayaking.

Thanks,
Jordan

Anybody up for a trip up north to the BC Chehalis this weekend?

Saturday is best for me, but Sunday could work as well.

I could be talked into R2ing it if someone wants to go but is boatless or lacks the skill to kayak it.
