| Whitewater Forum : Car burgled in Spokane |
Author: Cloud9 Subject: Car burgled in Spokane Posted: 19 Apr 2016 at 8:29am Hi All, my car was burgled in Spokane last night, and my pfd and helmet were stolen, along with my snowboard gear. Anyone know any local Spokane paddling forums I can post on to try to recover my gear? Just in case you are in Spokane, here is what was stolen: -Astral green jacket, black and blue. It has a blue webbing tow tether and a Tikka knife zip tied to the lapel. When it was stolen it had a pocket cpr mask, a little foam kayak, and a couple pairs of gloves in the front pocket. -Suite Rocker helmet, blue with orange straps. You can tell it's mine because one of the screws attaching the visor needs an Allen key to tighten -Chaco tedinho boots, blue and green. Pretty busted up, left shoe is blown out -navy mesh bag, has a red Wildwater logo on the end. -blue webbing flip line with locking carabiner -pogies, labeled to say WCOP -Nitro Black Widow snowboard, black and orange, with blue Burton bindings -Nike Zoom snowboard boots, black and orange If you see any of this stuff or have any recommendations about how spread the message in the Spokane area, I would greatly appreciate it!!! -KC 206-459-6488 |

Author: JoesKayak Subject: Car burgled in Spokane Posted: 19 Apr 2016 at 8:58am Wow, that sucks! Sorry to hear it. I would try reaching out to the northwest whitewater association. They're the local rafting club in Spokane. http://northwestwhitewater.org/ There is also a Spokane Kayaker group on Yahoo, although I don't think it sees much use any more. https://groups.yahoo.com/neo/groups/spokanekayaker/info |
