The china gorge is clean by and large. There is a piece of wood across the pool below the big drop. You can scout and do a partial portage on the right in the eddy above the last hole. The cooper is also in good shape. One ledge midway through has 2 pieces of wood one of which is hard to see until you are dropping over. You can go far left or right.

Howdy folks.

One of the rafters bailed on our MFS permit in a few weeks and is taking his 2-bucket foot-pumped hand-washing station with him- dangit! (not so dramatic though really).

Anyway, these systems look pretty easy to construct, but I've been skeptical of either the price or quality of the foot pumps I've been finding online. I'm sure some of you all have built these before so would you mind sharing where you found your pumps?

While we're on the subject, I'd like to make a setup that has the grey water stacked on top of the fresh water so you don't have to bend over to wash all the time. (as such, but without the table)
http://www.instructables.com/id/Field-Sink/

Any cool pro-tips or special modifications you've seen or wish you'd used on your setups?

Thanks and cheers!

Got some on Sunday. [email protected] Let's Make a Deal is wood free for the first time in a long time! Drumbeater is also wood free now. Rest of run is clear as well. Lots of changes in the braided channels but nothing significant to mention other than RIP Minefield. It's filled in and flattened out. The road is in good shape.
