Bird Petroglyph

There is an interesting petroglyph of a bird or hawk at the base of the cliff.  There are also a couple other petroglyphs but not many.

To get to the petroglyph you will need to travel cross country from the river.  There are some faint trails but mainly eye the cliff and head towards it.  You can also follow the sandy wash to the base of the cliff and then head up a small hill from there.  Easy to access from the Little Dolores campground.
