Copper Ridge Dinosaur Tracks

A few sets of dinosaur tracks can be found off of this old road.  To get there turn off of Highway 191 between mileposts 148 and 149 to the east.  Follow the dirt road for 2 miles to the parking lot.  Most cars should be able to make it.  Although the road can become impassible when wet or after rain.

If you are expecting crystal clear tracks you will be disappointed.  The tracks are worn but still visible.  The impressive larger allosaurus tracks gives you an appreciation for how large some of the dinosaurs were.
