This is a great lesser known arch in Arches National Park. This can actually be seen from the main arches road if you know where to look and what you are looking for. To get to the trailhead follow the main park road from the entrance past wall street and the organ to where the road crosses courthouse wash. Park on the wets side of the road on a small pull-off.
From the trailhead, there is a primitive trail that follows the wash cross country to the west. You will pass the tower of babel on the right and keep heading straight across the valley floor. You should see the ring come into view at the base of a butte that descends to the valley floor from the south side of the valley.
