Technical class II.

The river will try to push you to the outside of the turn and get you up against the wall. 

Comiserate skills for technical class II will not have a problem.

The entire Smith R. run is essentially technical class I.  Mixing currents, rock walls, other boaters, those are your biggest concerns.
