Description

This is the best beginning paddler section in upper Logan canyon.  Still keep in mind that Trees and Brush can create strainer hazards so still keep an eye out and scout what you can from the road.

Follow Highway 89 up to where the 3rd dam is located.  Park on the side of the road (where it's legal and put-in down below the dam).

Take-Out Above 2nd Dam in Logan Canyon 4,972 Feet No No No All Vehicles

Just above the 2nd dam on Higway 89 and just past a couple of houses is a dirt road pull off that you can use to access the river.
