This is a scenic run through desert county to the reef of the San Rafael Swell.  You'll need high water runoff to make this run worth while.

Take exit 99 on I-70 on head north.  The road immediately crosses Ivy Creek.  Park here and float/walk your boats to the confluence of Ivy Creek and Muddy Creek.  A hundred yards or so.  You could also walk your stuff back along the should of I-70 and put on on Muddy Creek proper.
