Description
From the Frisco Wave down to the Lake Dillon Marina is a nice low volume class II/III section. Little play exists due to shallow depths throughout but there are a few boofs and plenty of eddy hoping and rock dodging opportunities for the beginner.

Access
| Type | Name | Elevation | Camping | Water | Boat ramp | Vehicle access | Description |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Put-In | Frisco Wave | 9,119 Feet | No | No | No | All Vehicles | Park at the Park'n'ride parking lot. Frisco Wave is here as well. |
| Take-Out | Dillon Marina | 9,025 Feet | No | Yes | Yes | All Vehicles | Paddle across the lake to the kayak docks on the right. |
| Park-n-Play | Frisco Wave | 9,118 Feet | No | No | No | All Vehicles | Frisco Wave is just OK. Flows from 400cfs to 800cfs are prime, but eddy service is always tough and the wave itself struggles to give up more than a loop and spins. Good for locals, and fun if you are already running Middle or Lower Tenmile, but otherwise not worth a stop despite being 100m off I-70. |
