Description

From the Frisco Wave down to the Lake Dillon Marina is a nice low volume class II/III section. Little play exists due to shallow depths throughout but there are a few boofs and plenty of eddy hoping and rock dodging opportunities for the beginner.

Rapids

No rapids added yet.

Park at the Park'n'ride parking lot. Frisco Wave is here as well.

Paddle across the lake to the kayak docks on the right.

Park-n-Play Frisco Wave 9,118 Feet No No No All Vehicles

Frisco Wave is just OK. Flows from 400cfs to 800cfs are prime, but eddy service is always tough and the wave itself struggles to give up more than a loop and spins. Good for locals, and fun if you are already running Middle or Lower Tenmile, but otherwise not worth a stop despite being 100m off I-70.
