Description

From the Officers Gulch Exit on I-70 to the Frisco exit is a nice 20 minute long stretch of class IV whitewater. Steep and cold, the water runs fast and is too shallow to roll. Some good boofs exist but no play, better to bring the creek boat. Seal launch off the bridge at Officer's for max enjoyment. Lap it via the ultra fast shuttle or continue to the lake to make lengthen the experience.

At flows below 600, this is pretty manky and not great. As flow approach 1,000cfs things get really fun and well padded. While it can be run down to 350cfs, it is NR due to boat damage.

This section has been commercially rafted.
