|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Take-Out | Indian Jim Campground | — | Yes | No | No | All Vehicles | You can take out at the old Indian Jim school, now campground...or continue down to the put-in for the Class V Tobin section, which is a dirt road off Hwy 70 down to the river. If you take-out here, the run is about 3.8 to 4 miles instead of 4.5 |
| Put-In | below Rock Creek Dam | — | No | No | No | All Vehicles | A turn-out on left side of Hwy 70. Enough space for 5 vehicles, I'd guess. On release weekends, you will see others there...otherwise it can be easy to miss. You have to carry your boat across the street, over the guardrail, and down a somewhat steep cement embankment to the river. The cement can be sharp, so rafters take care not to drag your boat here. Alternate put-in just below the dam, down a steep trail. |
| Take-Out | Tobin Camp | — | Yes | No | No | All Vehicles | A dirt road (two, actually - one on each side of a cement parking area) leading to the river. Be careful not to miss this last take-out if you are not a Class V boater, as the Tobin run is high consequence. If you see the black and silver (Raider colors) bridges, take-out or eddy out immediately to avoid the Class V section. |
