Description

If you are in the area and want a party float, this is the section. Lot's of tubers, lot's of tourists, no whitewater action, but plenty of scantily dressed women. The best thing to float this section in would be your life vest on a hot summer afternoon.

Put-In	Tahoe City	—	No	No	No	All Vehicles	Find the bike path where highway 89 crosses the Truckee River outlet of Lake Tahoe. Follow the path until you find a section that looks good to put in.
Take-Out	River Ranch	—	No	No	No	All Vehicles	Take out above the river ranch restaurant and lodge. Or get wild and splash down the rocky area and take out below river ranch. River ranch is right by the turn off to Alpine Meadows Ski Resort.
