Description

The Virgin River Gorge is a beginner run consisting of mostly class II flat water. The river makes it way through remote, uninhabited land. Keep your eyes open for river wildlife, as it is very abundant. Keep a heads up for river wide fences. A portage is required at the fish dam, consider portaging river right.

To get to the put-in take the Bloomington I-15 exit, follow the west frontage road about 1/2 mile, turn right on Man-O-War Road, follow to the river, put-in river left just upstream of the bridge.
