So....
I need a new dry top. I went to the local whitewater shop (Seattle) and found them to be 275$ What the fu*k? That's kind of expensive for me at this very moment and I need something before the NWCC. The gaskets of my latest dry top broke on the same day. Can someone help a brutha out? Does anyone have a dry top for sale? I'm 5'6". 170 pounds. Stocky build up top with a super sexy beer gut that I have been incubating for the last year. That should give you the size I need. Send me a PM

I can't recall where it was, I'm pretty sure it was well downstream of "Fresh Squeezed", there is a big white house with a green roof on the right bank.

Large riverwide strainer, mandatory portage. Could sneak up on you if you were sleeping. We eddied left but there is a much better portage eddy on river right, we just didn't see it and it was time to find an eddy. The river left eddy resulted in some bushwhacking.

IMO the "Big Stack" is a terrible design. I had one for several years and was cussing it every time I used it.

When you are trying to put boats on both sides it is a huge pain, the straps are always catching on the hooks. In fact, they are always catching on the hooks when you are even trying to just put boats on one side.
