Hi gang!

I just moved up to Bellingham with my creekboat. Used to frequently enjoy Class V but I haven't paddled much in the last year due to floating around in life (not literally floating rivers)...anyway, would be happy to do class IV-IV+ or less around here, let me know!

If I can't find any playboaters then it would be great to boat with anyone who is doing the Upper Green tomorrow.

Whitewater Forum : REVISED Cispus River 340 Rd gate CLOSED! Author: ReneeCP
Subject: REVISED Cispus River 340 Rd gate CLOSED!
Posted: 05 May 2017 at 7:17pm

Okay, this is getting confusing. Today LCPUD announced the 340 Rd gate is in fact OPEN, but they are going through website growing pains. That's cool, it happens.

But LCPUD also said they would update the website early this morning, and this afternoon were reminded it is Friday and current info for the weekend would be Great!

When the website reads the same as the official statements, I will make a new post to help clear potential confusion. For now, LCPUD says the 340 Rd gate is OPEN, but the website, says the 340 Rd gate is closed.

Lost \ Found \ Stolen : Lots boat / North Fork Nooksack Canyon Author: Will Hanson
Subject: Lots boat / North Fork Nooksack Canyon
Posted: 06 May 2017 at 2:35am

04/06/17
Took a nice little swim today and lost my boat.
I swam at landslide rapid on the canyon of the North Fork of the Nooksack so my boat will be below that rapid hopefully not under a huge log jam

The boat is a blue Pyranha Ammo size small with NRS stern float bags and a NRS throw bag strapped in by the seat.

If you find it please contact me at 253-222-8854 or 630-415-6102
