LCPUD's website for the lower Cispus River 340 Rd gate has been revised. It now says OPEN. While there is no formal agreement requiring this status, LCPUD's representative, Joe First, has announced this gate will remain open except as determined necessary by PBTF. Always be sure to check gate status for 340 Rd and 300 Rd. You can do this here:
