Diamond Creek Take Out

This is the first access point from Lees Ferry to take out.  You can access this take from Route 66 (Arizona) on the south side of the Grand Canyon.  At Peach Springs head north into the canyon.  There is roughly 18 miles of unpaved road.  Plan on an hour from Route 66 to get to the take out.  This road is prone to wash out so check for conditions before heading down.

This road crosses the HUALAPAI reservation and they charge a fee to access it.  If you choose to take out below here you will have row time on Lake Mead.
