Description

This panel of prehistoric paintings is considered one of the oldest pictographs in the western US.  These lifesize images are muiti-colored and are as amazing as the anthropomorphs in the great gallery in Canyonlands National Park.

You can reach this panel by car from the tuckup trail access on the northern rim of the park.  You can also access this by a good hike from the river if you are rafting.  Pull over at the 164 Mile rapid and head north up tuckup canyon until you reach the GPS coordinates.
