Narrows Rapid

Right after the river makes a left hand turn and heads Northeast it straightens out and narrows up.  For the next half mile be on your toes for drops and waves.  This section definitely gets more pushy at high water.

Scouting from the road while driving is tough due to the lack of pull outs and viewing the river from the road as you drive is difficult.  You can pull over at the apex of the bend and scout on river left or walk the road some.
