The take out is right above Twin Falls (the actuall waterfall).  There is a boat ramp that boats and jet skis use.  This is the take out ramp.  Unfortunately to get here on the river you will need to paddle the length of the reservoir, which is about 1.5 miles of flat water.  Make friends with some boaters and get towed out or man up and paddle it.
