Take Morgan Exit off I-80 and follow signs to the fairgrounds. After driving parallel to the highway, you'll turn toward the river and find a gated private bridge. The dirt parking lot to the left of the bridge in front of old barn is the parking for the put in/take out. Walk behind the barn, through the opening in the fence and follow the two-track road east (upstream) to the dam.
