Description
Starting at Cline Falls State Park you will need to do a mandatory portage around Cline Falls and the Power plant just below the Highway Bridge. Other than that this is a class III float. The Decshutes is more rural here with some small canyons it goes in and out of.
For flow info get it from the Bureau of Reclamation here (http://www.usbr.gov/pn-bin/graphrt.pl?debo_q)
