Description
This stretch is mellow and very scenic and an absolute must do for anglers. From Torrey's Hole down to the town of Salmon you can mainly expect class I to II water. Drift boats and fishing rigs are the norm here. For those wanting to fish Rainbow, cutthroat, bull trout and Steelhead; this is your paradise.
Besides the river there is a lot of history in this part of Idaho. Visit Clayton, ID while you are here to see the old sawmills and mine remnants.
