After 2 years of poor spring snowpack/river levels on the Silly Stilly, this year is looking to be much much better!

Now that daylight savings is kicking in I'll be planning on getting out and doing evening runs during the week.

For the first few runs of the season, while days are still relatively short, paddlers should be familiar with the run or just very solid in their skills so we can get down the crik quickly. Later in the season (May - July) we can have a more relaxed pace and take more time showing first timers down.

Let me know if you're interested in joining for runs! It would be great to get a consistent crew on the Stilly.

While I won't be able to get on it, I thought I'd point out to anyone who is able to get out mid-week: Pilchuck Creek has been running quite consistently in the low to med range for the last 4-5 days with the rain and low level snow.  Would be a shame if no one got some while it's on this nice run of good flows.

Just remember, access is still closed to the middle put-in, so if you're going you'll need to run the upper/middle combo (or the lower if you just want some class 2).
