Personally I've only run it at low runnable to medium levels (~800 to 1400) so I would defer to others as to what is high.

I do gather from what I've heard from other paddlers who've run it higher that 3000 is too high to run unless you're a very solid class V paddler who's familiar with the run.

On the river page there are notes on levels from multiple paddlers you can check out.

The road to the North Fork Tilton is almost melted out! We ran the North Fork Tilton all the way to the lake yesterday at 5000+ and only had to walk the last 1/4 mile to the bridge. I expect all the snow to be gone in a day or two. The North Fork was totally clean and very good at that flow! The wood on the main Tilton was still there but easy to walk around. And yes I took my creekboat hehe

Older Jackson Fun for sale.  Barely been paddled.  Purchased for my wife who used it probably 15 times. Almost no scratches, no oil-canning.  Great boat for a lighter/smaller paddler.  I would say up to 5'10" 165 lbs or so this is a GREAT boat.
