SeaGnar BUMP!

This Saturday folks! The submissions are comin in like the killa beez!

I'm gonna make this Thursday (the 10th) the deadline. If I do not have your video by Thursday evening, you're gonna have to settle for a lesser event like the pdx film fest. And let's face it, nobody wants that.

I would appreciate it if everyone that is thinking of going would check out the FB event page. I would like to have a rough guess on how much beer I need to acquire.

Again, this year's event will be a little shorter so that we are not keeping Cascade open until midnight again. We will only be showing the top 6 videos at the event.

Bring some cash; we will be doing all we can to fill the AW coffers. We will be selling Silipints at the door, similar to the Wild Rivers night. Buy a cup for $10 and drink for the evening. Tom will be auctioning off a creekboat and we will have some swag from Teamscum.

If you have questions, call me. If you're lonely, call me. If you love to kayak, call me. Basically, if you need any kind of reason to show up, call me. See you all Saturday!

FYI. There is a rather large tree in the bottom of mercury before the pool above the nozzle. Lots of branches,Christmas tree type. It extends out from the left bank to the middle. At high water it was easy to get right as we were charging that way anyway. But it might come into play more as the water drops. Happy paddling!

So I dunno if this is an "obviously dude" kinda thing and I haven't checked out the info on myspace or anything yet, but I think it'd be awesome (if it ain't too much trouble) to post links on your blog for all the videos that get submitted in addition to the 6 or 7 that get shown at the event. I like how last year's vids were posted for all us webyakers to view at our leisure and would be stoked to see more!
