How do you think the 'New Toutle' charactertics will be at 1500 cfs or less? Better/worse/easier/more difficult?

Having paddled the Toutle for 20 years, I doubt it changed much at all. 1500 is a great first time level. Flatwater section will be cold.

Several routes that previously contained most of the water flow at levels below 2000, in the braided areas, have much less water because of erosion of the stream bed in the other channels.
So at the tripple fork, left used to be best now middle or right is best.
The second rapid after hollywood has a hole that extends from river right to the middle of the river now.
Stair steps and tempest are both entirely different with much bigger staggered holes in different locations than before.
Oh and most of the rapids have new and fun sneak routes... But other than that & a ton of detail I left out... Its the same old toutle.

Well considering I've paddled it at least 50 times in the past year and having paddled it since the last high water event I can confidently say that every rapid has changed substantially.
Not any harder but very different.
But then again thats just first hand account, nothing like 20 years of experience that would trump first hand account...
